• Account: name and email (via Sign in with Google).
• License & device: License Key, Hardware ID (HWID), SketchUp version and the number of bound devices — used to prevent license-sharing beyond your plan limit.
• Usage: a log of feature activity (e.g. opening a module, exporting a BOQ), approximate country/city, and a hashed version of your IP address — we never store your full IP address.
• Payments: order number, package, amount and payment status. Actual transactions are handled through PhaJay — we can never access or store your card numbers or banking passwords.
• Content you create: BOQ data, quotes and BIM files you upload to the system (for partners and teams).

• To operate and provide the service — managing Login, activating your License, and syncing catalogue data and material prices.
• For security — preventing license misuse and detecting fraudulent activity.
• For user support — helping you and resolving technical issues when you contact us.
• To improve and develop the platform — analysing aggregate statistics (anonymised) to build new features.

We are firmly committed to a policy of never selling your personal data to any third party.

To run the service reliably, we work with the following providers that meet high security standards:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Cloudflare — web hosting and network security (WAF / rate limit).
• Google — convenient sign-in (Sign in with Google).
• Resend — automated email delivery (e.g. sending license details and notifications).
• PhaJay — payment gateway (bank QR).

We keep account and license data for as long as your account is active. Usage data is retained for a reasonable period for security and statistics. When you request account deletion, we will delete it or anonymise it within a suitable timeframe, unless the law requires us to retain it.

• Request a copy of your personal data.

• Delete your account and data.
• Withdraw consent or object to certain uses.
